* 1 tsp. brewer’s yeast
* 2 tsp. yoghurt
Make a light, thin mixture combining the above ingredients. Apply all over the skin and allow it to dry for 20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water, splash cold water and pat dry.
Yeast Mask
* 1 packet yeast
* 3 drops lemon juice
* 2 tsp. water
Make a loose, thin mixture. Pat this thoroughly into all the oily areas and allow it to dry on the skin. After 15 - 20 minutes, rinse off with warm water, then cool and blot dry. Apply every 2 days.
Tomato Mint Yeast Mask (for oily skin)
Boil 1 tomatoes in hot water, let cool and then peel the skin. Crush the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Add 1 tsp. peppermint leaves, 1/2 tsp. dried yeast, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Apply to face for 10 minutes 3x a week.
